SOLIDAYS Festival is inviting REZA!
Resistances is a tribute to the rebel souls that the photographer encountered on the roads, around the world. What makes one willing to keep on walking through the mountains, fighting against the empires, working hard in silence to bring peace to their home, ensuring that the dignity of their relatives is respected and conceiving plans for peace? What is the fuel of these resistance fighters made of? Is it made of dreams? Of poetry? Of rebellion?
Organized on the initiative of Solidays festival, Reza’s exhibition and conference are a visual tribute to all the men and women who cultivate the seeds of resistance in their life.
Beyond the frontiers, the cultural differences, the deadly wars, these visual testimonies are not only showing us the sadness of such mutilated lives. As a witness, they also try to show us the smile beyond the cries, the beauty beyond the tragedy and life, which always wins over death.
