Since 2009, Reza – with the support of Antonio Presti and the Fiumara d’Arte Foundation – has initiated a photography-training program geared toward the youth of Librino, an underprivileged neighborhood outside the city of Catania.

Over the course of monthly meetings between Reza and the teenagers, photography became a means of expression. With their eyes focused on themselves, the world around them and their dreams for the future they wove and intimate and sincere story.

During one of the training sessions, in February 2011, a team from Metropolis followed Reza and his students through this visual and human adventure.
